With nearly 30 years experience of Leading and keeping people and organisations safe and secure while on expeditions, remote TV & Film Shoots, filming big budget stunts, undertaking important scientific research and achieving momentus and meaningful goals.

James' unqiue background has given him insight and understanding about the need for better leadership in the world.

Through his leadership development work, he is commited to helping individuals and organisations understand and become better leaders.

James is-
