How Our Inclusive Gold Programme Works
Gold is the final stage of the Inclusive DofE expedition journey - offering greater challenge, deeper experiences, and opportunities to build confidence, leadership, and independence through real adventure.
Training & Practice Expedition Programme (3 Days)
Begin your Gold journey by developing essential expedition skills in a supportive environment. This programme explores all areas of the Gold training framework, including navigation, planning, teamwork, and expedition preparation before completing a two-day practice expedition to build experience and confidence.
Programme Cost: £225.00
Gold Qualifying Expedition Programme (5 Days)
Prepare for your assessed journey through an acclimatisation and planning day designed to help participants feel ready and confident before setting out. You’ll then complete your four-day qualifying expedition, supported and assessed by a DofE Accredited Assessor.
Programme Cost: £315.00
Complete Gold Journey – Back-to-Back Programme (7 Days)
For participants wanting to complete their entire Gold Expedition section in one immersive experience. This extended programme combines training, preparation, practice, and qualifying expedition elements into one supported journey. From initial planning through to completion, participants receive guidance throughout the experience. Assessment is carried out by a DofE Accredited Assessor.
Programme Cost: £495.00
