Product Safety Warnings

Each product has a safety warning assigned to it. Each warning indicates a consequence of misuse which ranges from a reduction in personal control by the individual through to serious consequences such as death or irreversible damage to health. Always consider how the product is to be used to benefit inclusive practice and support this with appropriate consideration to what may happen should the situation or the individual change.

Misuse may reduce control and communication.	Misuse may cause discomfort or loss of dignity.	Misuse may involve risks that may cause very serious consequences such as death or irreversible damage to health.
