Returns and Repairs

We are confident that you will love our products as much as we do and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and clear returns process, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your Right to Return:

You have the right to cancel your order or part of your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If you choose to return your purchase during this time, you are entitled to a full refund as long as the item(s) are still sealed and not damaged in anyway. In this instance there are no restocking fees.

If the items are unsealed and/or damaged or changed in anyway then we will need to inspect the item(s) and discuss the options available. 

Return Postage Costs:

Please note that while you can return items within 14 days, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty. If you wish to return an item, you will need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us, safely and undamaged.

After the 14-Day Period:

If you decide to return an item after the 14-day period has passed and if the return is not related to a fault with the product, such as a change of mind, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. This will be clearly communicated in our terms and conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

For any items that are faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange, including covering the return postage costs.
